Ask Seymour is a further adaptation of Asset Manager the already successful software product created by MIT Duplex. This development of Asset Manager into a bureau service makes PABX auditing available to a much wider audience, especially to switch suppliers and maintainers, who can take advantage of its flexibility of use across their portfolio of maintained PABX's by offering highly cost effective and selective scan based charging.
