To show Ask Seymour at work we'd like to offer you a trial scan at no cost, in return for your feedback once you receive the results.

Simply fill in the following data sheet, taking care to enter details accurately. Ask Seymour requires read only access so if you have security concerns you can establish a new read only password for the purposes of this trial scan which you can delete once the scan is completed.

The form has 'info' and help guidance but if you need additional assistance please call our helpdesk on 08700 116483 and request support with the trial scan input.

We will contact you if we have any queries regarding the switch data or the requested scan dates. Following completion of your scan, we will email you with a link where you can view your scan results online (and create .xls/.csv reports if required).

Some PABX's may have multiple passwords for different levels of access. To scan we need “read only” access to all forms.

  • Modem Username (if application to the modem type)

  • Port Number / IP Address of PABX Connection
  • Secondary Port / IP Address if PABX is redundant

  • IP Address of PABX
